I make everything by hand, to order, using expensive organic fabrics. Because of this I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty or error in my part. I take great care to make everything perfect so that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues please contact me to discuss options. I aim to help whenever possible.
First Class UK delivery is between 2-4 working days & the cost is £3.68.
International shipping can take up to 28 days so please take this into account when placing your order the cost is £5.50.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

How long will it take to process my order?
I carefully make all items to order by hand and aim to process these within 1 – 5 days. This may take me a little longer depending on fabric stock or through busy spells. If going to take longer than 5 days then I will contact you and keep you informed.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Full Refunds only available on faulty goods. Please message me within 48hours of receiving goods to discuss options or to obtain the returns address.
What is you sizing like?
Garments are made true to size and are generally the same sizing that you would choose from a store. Rompers are made from a Harem pattern and are designed to be a looser fit so babies and toddlers can move freely. Please check the sizing chart before placing an order.
Will items shrink or fade?
My fabric is not pre-washed, so after washing there could be up to 5% natural shrinkage that occurs in most fabrics, this shouldn't be very noticeable. I source only the best quality fabric so your garments will stay looking new for longer so please follow the washing guidance. 30 degrees, dry naturally and iron on a low to medium setting.
How do I care for my garments?
Wash at 30 degrees, dry naturally and iron on a low to medium setting. Do not iron or use fabric softener on faux fur or Minky fabric . Remove wooden teether before washing lovies comforter in a washing machine. Wash teething ring by moistening a clean sponge with water and liquid ant-bacterial dish detergent then wipe dry. Nursing pads should be washed on a delicate cycle and dried naturally.
